• Returns: Unused items may be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

• Customer Order Errors: If an item was ordered incorrectly by the customer, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Our Shipping Errors: If RainCap Express shipped the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send the correct product.

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, except in cases where RainCap Express shipped the incorrect item.

• Return Condition: All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Refund Processing: Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be processed and applied to your original payment method or account.
